Kabk Dessert Plate

Crafted from porcelain, the Kabk Dessert Plate marks the first release from The Quiet Seekers series: an ongoing exploration of The Art of Becoming within the world of Ilái Sarái home objects.

Inspired by Attar’s Conference of the Birds, the series draws from the symbolic language of the original narrative, in which each bird embodies a distinct human trait or state of being. Reimagined through hand-drawn illustrations by artist and Ilái Sarái Art Director Tara Kaviani, these figures appear here in human form, suspended between longing, reflection, resistance, and becoming.

Rendered on a soft pink porcelain surface, Kabk captures a moment of transition and quiet introspection, held between what one is and what one is yet to become.
