How do I return or exchange an Ilái Sarái item?

Sometimes things don’t work out as you expected. That’s OK. We can accept returns that are initiated within 3 days from receiving the item using the included Return Label and as long as it arrives back in its original undamaged state. After a quality check on return, we can provide refund, exchange or store credit for the value of the item(s), not including shipping charges.
