We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express…whichever floats your boat.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, then we’ll be happy to accommodate any changes. Send us an email at hello@ilaisarai.com as soon as you can.

Sometimes things don’t work out as you expected. That’s OK. We can accept returns within 14 days from purchase as long as it arrives back in it’s original undamaged state. (How to return….). Although we can’t process refunds, if your return is accepted, we’ll be happy to provide you with a voucher (not including shipping charges) to pick something else on the website.

We consider it a privilege to have you as part of our community and as a customer and we would never dream of giving out the information you’ve shared with us with anyone or any entity without your permission.
