Delivery charges, and duties if applicable, will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).
After check-out you will receive an order confirmation along with estimated delivery times. There may be times due to high demand that deliveries take longer than we hope. If it’s a bit too long, write to us and we can either process a refund or find another way to delight you in the meantime.
As soon as your item has been shipped DHL will send you an email with a tracking number so that you can follow your order through our shipper’s portal.
Please keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
