Ilai Sarai’s hard-working team and our friends at DHL will always try to get your purchases to your beautiful abode as soon as possible.
Delivery charges, and duties if applicable, will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).
Ilai Sarai will ship your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation, provided that contact and address details have been provided accurately. Any orders made online on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day and then normal delivery times will follow.
Long public holidays might result in delivery delays of additional 72h until the next working day, but we’ll still do our best to minimise delivery times.
As soon as your item has been shipped DHL will send you an email with a tracking number so that you can follow your order through our shipper’s portal.
Please keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
