Ilái Sarái unveiled WADI:01 SABA, Fall/Winter 2026, through an intimate two-day gathering at Jara, The Lana in Dubai. Set against panoramic views of the city, the space brought the new collection together with Persian rugs, flowers and pieces displayed throughout the room, creating a setting for conversation, discovery and private appointments.

Named after Saba, the northern wind, the collection continues Ilái Sarái’s exploration of movement. Across the two days, this idea extended beyond the clothes themselves, shaping a programme of conversations, reflection and gathering around the collection.

DAY I A Conversation on Becoming

The first morning began with a conversation between Saina Babaee and Olivia Phillips, exploring Saina’s journey as Founder and Creative Director of Ilái Sarái, the experiences behind the house and the realities of building a creative business while navigating change.

Following the conversation, Ilái Sarái hosted an intimate breakfast with members of the press, offering an opportunity to discover SABA and spend time with Saina and the team in a more personal setting.

DAY II SABA: WIND, MOVEMENT & REFLECTION

The second morning began with a meditation led by Reem Mouazzen, taking inspiration from Saba, the wind that gives the collection its name, and creating a moment of reflection before the day's conversation.

The meditation was followed by a conversation between Saina Babaee, Zeina El Dana and Reem Mouazzen, bringing together perspectives on leadership, entrepreneurship and the personal realities of navigating business through periods of challenge and change.

Over two days, SABA brought together Dubai’s fashion and creative community, from editors, press and stylists to entrepreneurs, influential women and friends of the house. Between morning conversations, private appointments and styling sessions, the collection became the center of a gathering designed around exchange, connection and discovery.
